We have a temporary studio location! While we continue our search for a new home for The Yoga Center, it is our good fortune to have a space for our community to continue its yoga practice together. St Matthias Episcopal Church, at 2310 Skyland Blvd East in Tuscaloosa, has generously allowed us to create a small yoga studio in its community center behind the church. The one thing I know for certain. And have applied every day in my life. Is that the mind and the body are one.
